Please kindly read carefully on all the following Terms & Conditions before placing the order on our website as that mean you will agree to follow and to be bound by the
following Terms & Conditions indicated.

  1. Ordering
  • We do not allow cancellation once payment is confirmed, refund would not be allowed.
  • We do not allow returns and/or exchanges unless we have sent the wrong product to you.
  • Any discrepancies in quality or order, please WhatsApp us immediately.
  • For online orders, your order is confirmed once payment done, you would receive an order confirmation to your email. Please WhatsApp us if you did not receive the confirmation email.
  • Any orders made wrongly, we do not allow for refunds. Please kindly double check your order carefully before making payment.
  • Any Requests must forward us during our operation timing at 10-5pm.After operating hours will not be entertained until the next operation time.
  • For all order request payment in advance for either pick-up and delivery order.
  1. Customized Cake / Bespoke Cake
  • We require 7-10 days for all new design or customized cake orders.
  • We require 5 days lead time for any changes.
  • Any urgent new order or changes of customized order that is not within our lead time, an additional 20% – 30% will be imposed.
  1. Delivery Policy
  • We offer free delivery services. Additional $5 surcharge if it falls on Public Holidays.
  • Please ensure that you are contactable during the delivery time slot chosen as the delivery man will call you upon arrival.
  • The customer is responsible for checking the order specifications of the cake received are correct and in good condition before signing and acknowledging.
  • Disputes regard to the cake damage or incorrect cake design will not be entertained if did not highlight or inform to the driver at the time of delivery.
  • We will not be responsible for any damage that occurs after the delivery has been completed.
  • Delivery slots are given first come first served basis based on the timing when payment has been made. No slots will be reserved unless payment is received.
  • We require 2 working days’ lead time of changes in delivery address. (Additional charges might be imposed in the event the delivery address has to be changed before our required lead time.)
  • Delivery No-Show – In the event the recipient/sender is uncontactable or not around, items will be left at outside of the premises (with attachment images of Proof of Delivery) if request by customer or permission given by customer. We are fully not responsible for any damages of this situation.
  1. Self-Collection
  • Self-collection hours are will be around 10am – 6pm on weekdays & weekend will be 12pm – 2pm.
